Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Administrator at SAMA Healthcare located in El Dorado, AR. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice, including managing staff members, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Experience in a medical practice management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare finance, accounting, and reimbursement processes
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands
