Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least a BSN and current licensure in GA as an R.N. and 2yrs of nursing experience. Experience in behavioral health or addiction medicine is a plus Experience in policy management, leadership, and regulation compliance Knowledge of financial reporting, legal regulations, and evidence-based practice Ability to deal with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion. Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Valid and unrestricted RN license in GA, BLS certificate, and non-restricted driver’s license.
