Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Expert to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding onto the HubSpot platform and implementing it effectively to meet their specific business needs. Your expertise in HubSpot's capabilities, coupled with your strong communication and project management skills, will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional experience for our clients.Responsibilities & dutiesOnboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clientsWorking with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment listsUse marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customersSet up deal stages and pipelinesWork alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.Develop tests and optimize resultsQualifications:Qualifications1-3 years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferredMust be detail-orientedExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaignsAdditional InformationBenefitsFlexible working hoursRemote working5 days workingCompetetive Salary & Fast growthCompetitive Learning Environment with supportive co-workersEmployee-friendly HR PoliciesQualifications* 1-3 years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs* 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred* Must be detail-oriented* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)* Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaignsAdditional Information**Benefits*** Flexible working hours* Remote working* 5 days working* Competetive Salary & Fast growth* Competitive Learning Environment with supportive co-workers* Employee-friendly HR Policies#J-18808-Ljbffr
