Position Overview:

Reporting to the HR Director in Bulgaria, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates. This role involves managing the recruitment process, providing organizational support to teams, and actively contributing to the establishment of a positive employer branding image.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Organizational Support: Provide organizational support to various teams within Sands Digital Services.
Candidate Sourcing and Pre-Screening: Source candidates on social media platforms and conduct pre-screening interviews.
Online Candidate Database Management: Maintain an online candidate database for efficient and organized candidate tracking.
Meeting Organization: Organize and schedule meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
Job Offers and Communication: Develop and present job offers, and communicate with the HR department when an offer is accepted by a candidate.
Feedback Delivery: Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Actively engage in establishing a positive employer branding image for the company.
Company Event Organization: Participate in the organization of company events to enhance employee engagement.
Policy Maintenance: Partner with the HR department to update and maintain recruitment policies as necessary.
Multi-functional HR Support: Provide support when needed in other human resources functions.
Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience with MS Office products like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Stakeholders management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a busy team.
Positive and analytical thinking.
Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
Ability to ask for assistance and share knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
