Customer Service Rep / Account Manager

is to promote a positive customer and co-worker experience through friendly, courteous, and effective communication. This person will receive and document incoming customer calls, with high attention to detail and situational understanding, so that we may assign the correct drivers and equipment, and achieve the quickest, most efficient response times.

Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and gather pertinent information quickly and accurately Upsell our services, provide price quotations, relay appropriate response times Work with drivers to ensure all calls are priced, invoiced, and paid at time of service Follow-up on unpaid services, work diligently to collect payment Assist walk-in customers with impound releases Maintain high level of customer service at all times Be a contributor to our team environment, go the extra mile for co-workers and customers

Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalency) 2+ years relevant work experience in a phone environment (customer service, account management) Experience dealing with customer conflict and achieving positive outcomes Knowledge of transportation industry and related terminology a big plus Have common sense and knowledge of Omaha and Council Bluffs areas Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbal and written
