Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Execution:

  • Implement and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple beauty brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand identities.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands at the forefront of the industry.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging, and visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics) tailored to each brands audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and photographers to produce high-quality content that resonates with our followers.
  • Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a positive and active online community for each brand.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns across all channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and strategies for each brand.

Influencer and Partnership Management:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure successful execution of collaborative campaigns.

Advertising Management:

  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for multiple brands.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and experience managing influencer relationships.
