This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and a chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.**Key Responsibilities:**+ **Client Check-In:** Utilize virtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check in clients efficiently and effectively.+ **Lab Coordination:** Obtain labs as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.+ **Collaborative Care:** Complete screeners with clients to determine the most appropriate course of care in collaboration with the provider.+ **Delegated Tasks:** Assist the nurse teams by handling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.+ **Resource Person:** Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.+ **Infectious Disease Control:** Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.+ **Nursing Assessments:** Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements, demonstrating a high level of clinical competence.+ **Medication Administration:** Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) as required, adhering to service line protocols.+ **Medication Management:** Prepare medications, conduct routine medication destruction, and address client questions and medication needs.+ **Patient Care:** Verify client data, obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements, and assist in collecting samples and vital signs.**Qualifications:**+ Nursing degree from an accredited school.+ Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.+ Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.+ Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.Join Burrell and make a difference in the lives of clients seeking mental health support.
