Professional Experience Required
10+ years of IT industry experience working as a Business Analyst.
Gained comprehensive knowledge from working in several software development life cycle processes, such as Agile methodologies and acquired hands on experience in Scrum.
Successfully elicited requirements using analysis like As-is and To-be, Must Have and Good to Have, GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
Participated in all Scrum ceremonies Master, incorporated sprint ceremonies on projects (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and backlog grooming session or story times.
Skilled at using estimation techniques such as Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, and relative mass evaluation.
Evaluate statistical Data and execute dada mining for large data sets using MS excel, Sas and R.
Proficient using prioritization techniques such as Walking Skeleton, Validated Learning, Business-value based, MoSCoW and Kano.
Ensured adherence to INVEST (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable) criteria and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) model.
Experienced using MS Visio for creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, process flow diagrams.
Produced document artifacts such as Business Requirement documents (BRD), Use-case specifications, system requirements specifications (SRS), functional specification documents, (FSD) Requirement tractability documents (RTD), data mapping documents and data dictionary documents.
