Overview PRN Cedar Rapids, IA, US Project Manager Mid-Con Region PK Industrial PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial projects (valued $1M+) across the Mid-Con area. This role is ideal for someone based in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, or Iowa with the ability to manage complex projects and travel as needed. This position is a contract-based role with the potential to become permanent after approximately 6 months. Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale projects in insulation, scaffolding, and painting. Provide estimating and cost management for assigned projects. Lead project execution to ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and budget standards are met. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Travel will be required; projects will determine location. Qualifications 510 years of project management experience in industrial and/or commercial construction. Strong background in estimating for insulation, scaffolding, and painting. Degree in Construction Management / Project Management or related field preferred (experience may substitute). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability and willingness to travel. Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package provided with full-time employment.
