Job Purpose

The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for serving as the central purchase order admin function for the purchasing shared services NA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Central Purchase Order admin function for Purchasing shared services North America
  • Process purchase requisitions into Purchase orders and Scheduling Agreements
  • Maintain Purchase orders and scheduling agreement pricing.
  • Problem solve purchase order and scheduling agreement issues.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years experience in purchasing administration and data processing.
  • Strong SAP and Oracle ERP knowledge
  • Experience in reviewing and investigating discrepancies in data.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues with data.
  • Good business acumen with ability to act and think tactically and strategically.
  • Stakeholder management skills; excellent relationships with business and supplier stakeholders.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks
  • Proficiency in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills
  • Excellent participation and listening skills with a strong dedication and commitment to quality, customer service and satisfaction.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner.
