The Procurement Specialist III is responsible for the development, execution, and administration of the procurement plan. Will work with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Design Manager to develop a procurement plan to meet project and business objectives; including but not limited to: cost, timing, and quality. Will also be responsible for driving the procurement activity from supplier identification, rf(x) development and administration, and source to pay function.

Designs and administers the procurement plan from supplier identification, through rfp solicitation, sourcing, contract negotiation, and P.O. creation
Responsible for the overall development of the procurement plan
Pre-qualifies suppliers and subcontractors
Complies with all applicable processes and procedures
Closes coordination with peers in construction, engineering, and project management
Resolves disputes among Exyte related groups and suppliers
Negotiates terms and conditions with supplier and subcontractors to minimize risk impacts

Show your expertise

5+ years of Procurement / Sourcing experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related required
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
Apics Certification preferred
Experience working in Procurement in manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, high tech or construction environment
Experience working in projects in a construction / project environment preferred
Project management experience is desirable
