YOUR ROLE

As our Branch Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a dynamic work environment, and driving profitability. You will be responsible for the hands-on management of our Laredo branch, fostering excellence in operations, administration, service, sales and marketing, customer experience, accounting, and overall asset utilization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As an engaged ambassador for the company, you will demonstrate the highest standards of business ethics and be our Champion the KNX (KN Customer and Employee Experience)
  • Foster and promote a productive work environment and communicate, administer, and ensure that company standards and guidelines are met
  • You will guide, train, and develop staff while focusing on teamwork
  • You will focus on operational performance, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and planning with a focus towards industry and business trends in the market and competition
  • You will assume an active role in identifying opportunities to improve operations and drive operational performance while focusing on profitable growth, productivity, quality and cost
  • You are responsible for operating the branch within the budget established, the development and service of new and existing business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • You will have a Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years' experience in domestic/international freight forwarding experience with hands-on sales, operations, and/or financial management experience
  • 2-5 years management/leadership experience
  • Able to travel a minimum of 25%
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
