Cnc Machinist/Programmer We are immediately interviewing and hiring a CNC Machinist/Programmer for a 1st Shift with a stable, growing manufacturer in Exton, PA. Paying up to $35/hr. We are offering competitive starting pay rate with room to grow, overtime as needed, weekly pay and benefits. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines using MasterCAM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CNC machining and programming (software and controls level), with a strong ability to read blueprints and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Operate CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines efficiently. Set up CNC machines for precise and accurate operation. Program CNC machines using MasterCAM from step files. Read and interpret blueprints to guide machining processes. Ensure all machined parts meet specified quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in CNC Mill and CNC Lathe operation and setup. 3+ years of experience in CNC programming. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Our facility is well equipped, including three brand new machines, including a 3-axis Mill and 2-axis Turning machine, ensuring a modern and efficient work environment. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, PA.
