Salesforce Architect

A client in Cincinnati is seeking a Salesforce Architect to guide the implementation of, enhancement of, and migrations from Salesforce across the organization. They will have the opportunity to make an impact on business decisions regarding the platform moving forward. This architect will join a strong local development team including business analyst, developers, and administrators, along with a small offshore team.

70% Strategy and execution (more mentoring & less hands on development)

Salesforce Architect proactively and holistically leads and supports Salesforce and Marketing Cloud activities that strategically guide business and operating models, people, processes, and technology. The Salesforce architect works closely with IT and business leaders to create alignment between business and IT. The Salesforce architect clarifies strategic intentions, aligns business outcomes, explores implications, impacts, and risks, and addresses stakeholders' questions.

They design and create deliverables for business leaders that support organizational change toward achieving targeted business outcomes. The Salesforce architect facilitates discussion around the construction of business models, which may include technology, business capabilities, processes, and other key business deliverables. The Salesforce architect helps strategy and business leaders understand, apply, monetize, and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models.

- Experience as a Salesforce Architect

- Experience connecting salesforce to legacy systems

- C#/. NET and open source platform development
- 3+ years of architect experience

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience (administration or development background)

- Soft Skills: Self Starter, Great Communication, Ability to multitask
