Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a development team, guiding projects from concept through delivery.
Serve as a technical expert, contributing directly to code and ensuring high-quality development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning development efforts with broader project goals.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
Uphold engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Oversee multiple projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of both coding and team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring and motivating teams.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, and related technologies.
Knowledge of specific video streaming and conferencing systems, digital solutions, and relevant technical protocols is highly desirable.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setup.
Willingness to be based near or relocate to one of the companys designated locations.

Additional Skills:

Experience in markets such as education, government, or sports is a plus.
