We are seeking an exceptional "Direct to Consumer" Digital Creative Director who is passionate about Direct to Consumer Marketing. ROI and quantifiable outcomes drive the DNA of Ideal Living. You understand that success is the integration of branding, storytelling, customer conversations, conversions and measurable results. The ideal candidate lives and breathes the customer journey and finds joys in sales conversions.

As Digital Creative Director, you'll be at the helm of shaping the visual identity and user experience for direct-to-consumer brands. Your responsibilities span across creative strategy, design, and execution. Here's what the role entails:

Creative Vision and Strategy:

Maintain a consistent creative vision for the brand. Set the tone for digital experiences, ensuring they align with the brand's ethos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define creative strategies that resonate with the target audience.

Art Direction & Leadership: Responsible for mentoring and management of the Creative team Provide guidance, motivation and education to team as needed, fostering a "think outside the box" environment. Digital Experience Design:

Oversee the development of landing pages, micro sites, websites, ecommerce, online advertising and social in a mobile first environment. Ensure user-friendly interfaces, aesthetic appeal, and alignment with the latest technology trends. Art direct social assets, banners, and promotional materials.

Brand Campaigns and Content Creation:

Lead brand campaigns, contributing ideas and overseeing the creation of all creative content. Work closely with designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers to produce compelling visuals and content. Craft engaging narratives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Performance Marketing ROI and quantifiable outcomes are the pillar of Ideal Living. The major metrics that are being evaluated according to this methodology are conversion rates, client acquisition expenses, and lifetime value.

Project Management and Collaboration:

Set project deadlines and content goals in collaboration with executives and creative leaders. Present project information, including budgets and timelines, to stakeholders. Recruit, train, and mentor creative team leads and managers.

Budget Oversight:

Manage the creative budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact. Prioritize initiatives that enhance the brand's digital presence.

Team Relationships:

Collaborate with brand and channel teams to understand their vision and translate it into compelling digital experiences.

Here's what you'll bring to the table

Ten years of experience in creative leadership with a focus on digital and CRM. Very strong digital production background (both in web, email, mobile, ecommerce). Demonstrated exceptional skill-sets in graphic design, typography, interface design (UX design, UI design, IA, and Wireframing), information design. An incredible portfolio of work showcasing a variety of commerce related projects Understands and is at the forefront of digital media innovation and its limitations. Strong presentation skills - able to present and convey ideas to a number of audiences including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams - with a smile and enthusiasm Works well in collaboration with other creatives. Positive attitude and readily partner with all types of people. The ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines. Motivated, driven, collaborative passionate about his/her work. Proactively seeks and leverages feedback from those around him/her to push the work farther. Meets deadlines and deliverables; can do their job without constant oversight. Knows how to get what they need to get the job done. Flags concerns in a timely manner, with a solution in mind. Pays attention to details. Checks for product, consistency, brand standards adherence, spelling, production concerns, other errors. Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful - someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment Actively listen, engage and articulate themselves in a corporate setting. Presents concepts and rationale to manager, brand strategy and/or business partners. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
