We're consistently growing and looking for new talent to add to our already amazing team. We're looking for an Event Marketing Supervisor to lead our events team. If you're motivated, able to build trust and establish rapport with customers and a great brand ambassador, this may be an excellent fit for you.

This position pays 75k annually PLUS bonus. With bonus, this position has an earning potential of 75k-110k annually. Schedule for this role will be Thursday-Monday including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities: Manage a team of event specific appointment setters that are responsible for securing in-home consultations for our sales team at local events throughout the area. Coach and train your employees both in the field and in an office setting. Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff. Assist in recruiting, as necessary, to ensure we maintain an acceptable staffing percentage for events. Conduct team meetings as needed. Responsible for tracking and keeping record of production to ensure we are hitting our metrics. Maintain relationships with event management contacts. Making sure the team is stocked with the necessary supplies to conduct business. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Essential Functions Strong professional work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude. Persuasive interpersonal skills. Strong listening and comprehension skills. Proactive team player. Highly motivated to succeed. Requirements Previous sales or marketing experience is highly preferred. Previous team lead / supervisory experience is required. Must be able to work weekends. Excellent training and coaching skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in the retail or event industry is preferred but not required. Must be willing to travel to multiple events throughout the area. Great time management / self-starter. Comfortable tracking and achieving goals. Have reliable transportation and valid driver license.
