Key responsibilities Requirement gathering and analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects, often through workshops and interviews with stakeholders. Solution design and validation: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and align with goals. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Testing: Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets requirements and business needs. Agile and project support: Participate in Agile ceremonies like backlog grooming and sprint planning to support delivery efforts. Communication and stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow configurations and processes. Training and support: Develop training materials and system support documentation for project go?lives. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8-10 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on projects using the ServiceNow platform. Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, especially the CMDB, and core tables is often required. Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITIL processes. Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem?solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Certifications: Certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Business Analyst are often preferred or required.
