We are seeking a client-facing, professional **Customer Service Representative** with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are crucial within our fast-paced service industry business. The **CSR** is responsible for developing the relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations.

This position would be located in our **Pembroke, MA** branch office**.** If you are a collaborative partner with a strong work ethic, who enjoys providing support and assisting others; this may be the right fit for you.

****In this role, you will be required to:****

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

* Provide proactive & timely customer follow-up; resolving customer issues & concerns

* Respond to service and sales inquiries & communicate to field operations

* Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications

* Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines

* Manage administrative requests and tasks

* Prioritize, plan and complete special projects, and assignments

* Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts

* Respond & follow-up on leads and referrals

* Assist in scheduling of service routes & coordinating schedules

**Requirements:** We require the ability to pass a drug screen.
