Location BENTONVILLE, AR Career Area Information Technology Job Function System & Infrastructure Engineering Employment Type Regular/Permanent Position Type Salary Requisition WD1789732 What you'll do at Position Summary...What you'll do...The Walmart Enterprise Collaboration Product team needs a detailed and high ownership engineer who can drive automation and process-improvement, collaborate with support teams, and lead our operational support efforts.This role is responsible for the operational support of our chat and collaboration portfolio serving the entire enterprise, including platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint and OneDrive, whileensuring that deployed SaaS products can safely and reliably scale to millions of users globally. Though you're embedded with our L3 support team, you'll partner across L1, L2, and L3 to improve our support processes and increase our efficiency.About Team:Associate Digital Experience (ADE)The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) team manages IT infrastructure and internal-facing tools and applications. We support a large heterogenous enterprise environment that has Windows, MAC and Linux based end user systems and corporate network, server, and virtualization environments. The Associate Productivity and Collaboration team is a part of ADE team responsible for end-to-end support of collaboration platforms.What you'll do:Work on enterprise collaboration tools - MS Teams, Zoom, Slack,or other SaaS or M365 productsLead our operational support strategy in partnership with Product owners and support teams.Collaborate with users, business owners, stakeholders and support teamsWork with product engineering team and required stakeholders in testing, planning, rollout of products/tools to productionPrioritize engineering work alongside leaders, advocating for proactive ticket mitigation projects and a frictionless end user experienceDiagnose, identify, and resolve the issues within the products/applications by working with support teams, and identify ways to proactively solve those issues in the futureIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement for user experience of the toolOwn projects from end to end: discovery, scoping, design/engineering, execution, scaling/implementation, monitoring the change afterwardsPublish authoritative support documentation to assist onsite staff with solutioningMaintain and fine-tune a high degree of product queries and adhere to all service management principlesWhat you'll bring:5 years in supporting a medium or large enterprise environment technology and collaboration or productivity platformsExperience in handling large scale rollouts and product transitionsFlexible, customer-focused, strong work ethic and enthusiastic to learn new skillsExperience partnering with 3rdparty product providersTrack record of relationship-building/partnering across multiple teams to drive towards a common goalAbout WalmartGlobal TechImagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
