Responsibilities:
- Court appearance- live in person is on a daily basis, travel to attend depositions. Meeting with clients for court preparation, as well as handling client intakes.
- Other - to prepare files other forms of documentation for court hearings. General day to day client meetings and other duties as assigned.
- Litigation skills
- Minimum of three years of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
