Core Values Conscientious Empowered Respectful Resilient Transformative Key Responsibilities Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design. Preparation of plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Providing management and oversight of plumbing design support staff. Providing construction administration & site observations related to projects. Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients. Supporting overall project management to MEP team leaders. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting. Team leadership/management experience. Project management experience in the MEP space. Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards. Comprehensive understanding of building codes. Thorough design system knowledge. Commuting distance to Chicago, IL. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience). CPD Certification. LEED Accreditation. Working Autodesk Revit knowledge.
