This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statistica Inc., the world leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.Summary:AS A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining in-house voice, data and network infrastructure. You will maintain the database for various telecommunications, computer based system, paging system and wireless telephones. You will make program changes to the telephone systems and switch. In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing training of the telephone operators, as well as the miscellaneous and fiscal clerks who also work in the telephone office. You will train officer personnel and physicians and staff in the use of the desk phones, wireless telephones and pagers. You will conduct office activities, such as answering department telephones, filing, record filing, record maintenance, updating telephone directories, typing, word processes, faxing, and mail distribution. You will reconcile monthly invoices pagers and telephone services.
