Position: Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing
Location: Remote
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Overview: As the SVP of Marketing at Pompa Program, you will lead the marketing team in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, overseeing new offer creation, and managing a diverse and talented marketing team. Your goal will be to maintain a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) under $250, while consistently delivering innovative marketing campaigns that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Ensure CPA is maintained under $250.
    • Oversee the creation and launch of 2 new offers per quarter, including VSLs and webinars targeting specific demographic niches.
  2. Content and Social Media Management:
    • Oversee the production and posting of 4 podcast episodes per month.
    • Manage the creation and scheduling of 3 social media posts per day, per platform.
    • Lead the release of one 50-80 page book per quarter, collaborating with Dr. Pompa and a ghostwriter.
  3. Influencer and Media Relations:
    • Onboard 2 influencers per month to expand brand reach and engagement.
    • Secure 1 national television appearance and 1 national article per month to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and inspire a diverse marketing team, including creative and performance marketing sub-teams.
    • Collaborate closely with the VP of Performance Marketing and Dr. Pompa on offer creation and overall marketing initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure marketing objectives are met.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, CPA, and other relevant metrics to the executive team.

Must-Haves:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Expertise in managing multiple PR firms and developing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Strong track record in overseeing new offer creation and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, particularly within creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience marketing to a similar demographic.
  • Experience with podcast production and marketing.
  • Proven success in influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing a video production team and utilizing video as a primary digital advertising tool.

Compensation Range:
$275-350k salary
