Job Summary: The role of Implementation Specialist I will be the primary liaison between Troodon and the client during the implementation phase and is ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of the product and services included in the client's contract. This role will collaborate closely with other members of the implementation team to learn Troodon and broker team processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The duties listed below are some of the duties that may be assigned and may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbents may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job duties. · Ability to work in an agile environment. · Responsible for requesting, reviewing, inputting, and distributing all required documents for open enrollments. · Responsible for collaborating directly with broker team and case build team to make sure all aspects of the build process are complete and ready for open enrollment before deadline. · Ensure effective, timely, and consistent communication with internal staff and clients at all levels of the organization. · Build, develop, and grow any business knowledge and business relationships. · Improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form. · Works with senior members and will assist them as needed.

Skills and Qualifications: · Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) · Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage projects and multiple priorities · Keen attention to detail

Work Experience Required for this Job:? · 0-1 years' experience in a role that had data analyst and/or project management exposure

Education Required for this Job: · Bachelors’ degree desired but not required

Attendance Requirements: · Daily online attendance required in remote work environment during normal business working hours · In-person and/or hybrid attendance occasionally required for company and/or team meetings · The Company reserves the right to require in-person attendance at the Company’s worksite at any time.? The Company also reserves the right to make full-time attendance at the Company’s worksite an essential job function for this position if attendance becomes necessary to increase productivity, to develop teamwork, to conduct training, to better address customer needs, or to accomplish any other valid business goal.? If full-time attendance requirements for this position materially change, the Company will provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice of the change.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: · This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the employee’s work location. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. · Core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but the employees’ schedules are at the discretion of the supervisor and dependent on the needs of the business.

Travel: · Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of area and overnight travel may be expected.

Mental Abilities Required for this Job: · The ability to solve problems, make decisions, supervise others, interpret data, organize information, written and oral communication and read/write.
