**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Five years or more of warehouse related experience

* Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player

* Understand quality guidelines and safety rules

* Positive attitude / Results driven

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Strong decision making and problem solving skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES****:**

* Manage 10 or more direct reports

* Work closely with sales and the traffic department

* Manage work flow with warehouse personnel

* Communicate with inbound and outbound truck drivers

* Coordinate repairs / improvements with outside contractors

* Enforce all safety and quality guidelines

* Any other duties as requested by the branch manager

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS****:**

* Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

* Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. (with the proper lifting equipment)

* Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

* Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
