ABA Behavior Technician Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Part-Time and Full-Time ABA Behavior Technicians in Santa Barbara, CA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Access to discounted student tuition through the University of California, Santa Barbara's (UCSB) BCBA program and other university affiliations Job Duties Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
