Repacker

Position Summary:
The position will ensure inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The warehouse supervisor will also scan and prepare orders for delivery.

Essential Functions:

Schedule:

• 7am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

Specific Functions:

• Removing labels from and cleaning returnable containers used for repacking operations
• Packing products to meet customer demand.
• Labeling containers with appropriate part labels
• Working as an active team member to complete team goals
• Wearing appropriate PPE at all times
• Keeping the area clean and organized

Other Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, personal protective equipment may be required or can be used as seen fit by the employee, and include steel-toed shoes or boots, safety glasses, arm guards, or gloves.

Work Environment:
The employee occasionally may perform a repetitive task or be required to enter data or view a computer screen for extended periods. Will be exposed to dirt and dust. The employee may experience frequent work interruptions and/or be required to travel.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer Skills:
Will train as needed.

Certificates & Licenses:
Industrial Lift Truck

Certification Other Requirements: Ability to manage inventory, analyze data, and provide insights from data. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. OSHA familiarity with warehousing and shipping safety regulations.
