Maintains schedule in EMR system, and processes pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases.8. Other related duties as assigned 9. Float to practices within in the region for coverage Required:1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience2. Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred3. Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system a plusPreferred:1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills2. Individual must be customer and employee focused, must have demonstrated ability to multi-task3.
