This fully remote position requires travel to the corporate office in Florida twice a year, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment.
Senior Accounting Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Reconcile Medicare Advantage (MA) revenue on a monthly basis.
- Address reconciling items or incomplete data with MA Plans.
- Conduct monthly revenue variance analysis.
- Allocate and analyze Capitation and Fee-for-Service revenue received in cash.
- Review monthly and quarterly Sales & Telemarketing enrollment commissions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; prepare necessary calculations.
- Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for the Accounting & Finance department.
Senior Accounting Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in accrual accounting and financial analysis.
- Healthcare experience, particularly Medicaid experience, is highly preferred (experience with CMS rates and risk scores is a plus).
- CPA certification or CPA track is preferred.
