JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer phones
- Receive, assign and respond to work order email requestors for BMC main campus; off campus buildings
- Create and assign work to engineering staff per direction of department Director / VP
- Assist Director of Facilities and Support Service Department Directors to coordinate workload and to maintain communications link between Support Services Division and its customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business or Secretarial training/experience
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios
- Able to communicate with patients using AIDET standards
- Must have a PA driver's license and personal vehicle
