Assistant Milieu Manager

•Assist Milieu manager and director to monitor the milieu on an ongoing basis in order to prevent crisis situation

•Assist Milieu manager and director to work closely with Director in providing direct services to students such as de-escalation, and anger management

•Assist Milieu manager and director to implement crisis intervention/ prevention strategie

•Assist Milieu manager and director to maintain Pathways' Incident Report Log

•Assist Milieu manager and director to in doing classroom observation as requested by teachers as part of behavior management

•Perform other duties as requested by Director including coverage for other CNS personnel

Qualifications

•BA or BS preferred, experience working with children and/or adolescents, strong skillset for working with children and adolescents with challenging behavior

SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Flexibility, Excellent interpersonal communication skill
