About the Role:

Reporting to the FP&A Director, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing the company's expenses to optimize financial performance. This individual will work closely with various departments to forecast, monitor, and report on expenses, driving efficiency and cost-saving initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and bi-annual forecasting processes for operating expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain financial models to predict operating expense trends and analyze variances to budget and forecast Collaborate with department heads to understand and support budget management, cost reduction initiatives, and financial planning Prepare insightful monthly financial reporting and presentations on operating expenses for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Perform financial analysis by leveraging data and business understanding to research and discover business efficiencies and budget optimization opportunities Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as needed

Preferred Qualifications: Proven analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all cross-functional teams Intellectually curious with a drive towards continuous improvements through process enhancement and automation Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting expenses Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Power BI experience is a plus
