**If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a Healthcare facility, HHS is seeking Housekeepers and Floor Techs Full-time and part-time positions available.**

Day/Evening/Night shifts available.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check, E-verify, and drug screen.

**HHS Environmental Services/Housekeeping**

**Housekeeper Job Description**

Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment.

* Reports to the Environmental Services Director and Assistant Director for work scheduling.

* Performs daily cleaning procedures in accordance with HHS training videos in assigned areas.

* Records work completed on Area Assignment Checklist.

* Polices assigned area at the beginning of each shift.

* Responds to Housekeeping pages.

* Performs other tasks as assigned by the department Director.

**Job Requirements**

* Able to lift 0 40 lb. frequently.

* Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.

* Capable of lifting furniture and equipment (25 100 lb.) frequently.

* Capable of pushing and pulling a maid cart, linen cart, or various equipment on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift.

* Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment (25 100 lb.) frequently.

* Must be able to handle/interact with all chemicals used (i.e., bleach, wax, Virex, etc.).

* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and even other hours as needed per assigned area.

* Must have communication skills in English.

**Floor Tech Job Description**

Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment.

* In assigned areas, performs daily cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures in accordance with HHS training videos.

* Records work completed on Area Assignment Checklist.

* Responds to Housekeeping pages.

* Performs floor stripping and extraction projects.

* Performs other tasks as assigned by department Director.

**Job Requirements**

* Able to lift 0 40 lb. frequently.

* Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.

**HHS Summary**

HHS was founded in 1975 by Jim Spry, who began his work in the outsourcing business in 1964 with Red Top, Inc, a company that pioneered hospital housekeeping support services. Jim helped Red Top grow into a national organization and later helped a competitor establish its business after Red Top sold. His experience in the field led to the development of HHS. Throughout the past 45+ years of business, HHS has developed our expertise in integral support services including housekeeping, food services, facility maintenance, and technology for the healthcare, government, senior living, resort, aviation, and education industries. HHS has experienced a growth rate of about 10% per year and is seeking great leaders and team members to grow with us. Being successful with HHS doesnt mean you have to have a degree, but it does require hard work and operating as a team to achieve results.
