We are actively seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for our Atlanta-based client. The main qualifications for this role are JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Cloud, and API’s.

This permanent, full-time position is 100% remote. Our client does not hire out of California.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for to help grow and maintaining our client’s software products and business essential software tools by ensuring scalability. The ideal candidate is one that loves to build software.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Design, develop, and implement new software services and features Maintain and improve (refactor/document) the existing product Clearly communicate timelines, estimates, and options to non-technical management Collaborate with other technology teams and work with your fellow developers to reliably execute and consistently deliver on goals Work directly with product managers to transform user needs into technical requirements Implement product requirements with minimal guidance from other engineers and leadership Take ownership of entire systems and large software projects Assist with mentoring junior team members Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve software defects and security vulnerabilities Create concise design documents and diagrams to efficiently communicate solutions

Skills & Experience You Must Have

5-7 or more years of experience creating responsive, resilient software products Full Stack JavaScript / TypeScript development. Front-end experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, GraphQL, and HMTL/CSS. Backend experience in Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, NoSQL, SQL. Exposure to Cloud environments like AWS. Experience with REST APIs. Demonstrated experience knowing when to make surgical improvements vs. large scale change. Proven experience in developing software that is modular and testable. Experience refactoring, improving, and reviewing existing code and adding improvements. Experience in developing software alongside Quality Assurance teams, providing technical documentation, and working in continuous delivery. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Docker experience Message Queues Web Security experience, such as XSS and CSRF

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the pay for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 Base per year . That comes with a 10% Bonus + Equity .

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
