Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related software engineering experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field9+ years of experience developing software applications with an object-oriented programming languageDemonstrated ability leading small to medium sized software development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycleStrong C++ skillsExperience with high performance and multi-threaded programmingDemonstrateddepth of knowledge in programming languages, compilers, and application executionPrevious experience working with the DoDExperience with hands-on software development and troubleshooting on embedded targetsExperience in embedded systems design, including use of an RTOSWorking knowledge of signal processing, control systems, networkingKnowledge of protocols such as IP, UDP, TCP, IPSec etc.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentSolid presentation and writing skills
