Overview:
A half-time grant funded Data Coordinator will be hired to track, collect, aggregate, and report quantitative and qualitative data and information from consortium members to fulfill biannual progress report, annual grant reporting requirements, and rapid cycle quality improvement. The goals of the grant are as follows:

Goal 1: Increase the pipeline of students who are interested in and competitive for health professions programs;
Goal 2: Increase the acceptance of students into health professions programs;
Goal 3: Increase the number of students who enter and are successful in the health professions programs at TUC;
Goal 4: Increase the number of students who graduate from health professions programs and enter primary care residency or practice.

Working alongside the Project Director, Co-Director, Program Coordinator and Community Coordinators of the TUC HCOP Academy, the Data Coordinator will assist in analyzing program data and providing data to the Steering Committee twice a year to facilitate Rapid Cycle Quality Improvement by the Steering Committee.

Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the day-to-day data operations of the program
Collaborate with the consortium partners to build and sustain strong partnerships
Ensure compliance with HRSA requirements
Develop evaluation tools and data collection strategies
Collect required information from the program coordinator, community coordinator, partners, and others as needed
Maintain accurate records and submit reports to HRSA or internal Touro University entities to maintain reporting requirements.
Collaborate with project director, co-director, program coordinator, and community coordinator to disseminate outcomes to consortium and community members
Use effective written, electronic, and verbal communications to support the TUC HCOP Academy to internal and external audiences.
Provide logistics support for the TUC HCOP Academy Steering Committee and TUC HCOP Academy programs, working on Goals 1 through 4

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION(S):

is the Education, Training and/or related experience needed by the person to perform the job.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
Minimum three years experience in program/project data collection and assessment reporting
Experience in assessment/evaluation of grant-funded programs
Ability to develop relationships and work effectively with HCOP Program Director, Co-Director, Community Coordinator, Program Coordinator and with government partners.

Maximum Salary:
USD $40,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary:
USD $32,000.00/Yr.
