The CNB Wealth Advisors Team is looking to bring on a
Senior Investment Analyst
to perform our institutional and high net worth due diligence, reporting, and investment management.
LPL Financial partners with CNB Bank to offer a complete menu of financial services to bank clients. This employment opportunity at CNB Wealth Advisors would allow you to join the Investment Program at CNB Bank as a Analyst/Financial Advisor associated with LPL Financial. Under this model Analysts/Financial Advisors are not employees of LPL Financial. The Investment Program at CNB Bank supports the local community with a complete menu of financial services. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life.
Who We Want:
Industry Expert
Ability to provide investment research, commentary, and reporting to our institutional and high net worth client base
Utilize LPLs tools & technology to implement research processes and procedures to guide our investment oversight for clients
Strong knowledge of maximizing investment programs while working with LPL
Communicating with our vendor partners for updated information, investments, products, and services for our customers
Assisting in ongoing client management needs, such as investment management, vendor communications, committee meetings, reporting, etc.
Analytical Thinker
Assess, critique, enhance, improve, and develop existing investment and planning services program
Research, review and recommend new products and services
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot challenging issues
What You'll Do:
Investment research for qualified plans, LPLs Model Wealth Portfolio (MWP) program, CNB Banks Trust Committee and alternative investments when needed.
Coordinate with LPLs combination of tools, technology, and support to manage customers and support the growth of investment services
Maintain and service an existing book of business upon hire
Attend LPL research seminars when needed

Requirements
Series 7 and 66 (63/65) preferred
Three or more years of investment research experience and qualified plan management
