Job Description:
- Assisting customers with sales purchases of erotic and adult themed products and apparel.
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale.
- Rings up customer purchases in the POS system, collects payment, balances all receipts and follows proper cash handling procedures.
- Keeps merchandise stocked and well displayed.
- Stays aware of customer activity and maintains discretion and sensitivity to customer needs.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional selling skills, adaptability to customer needs, and initiate customer engagement.
- Ability to process cash and credit card transactions utilizing POS system.
- Posses established time management prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to respond to customer activity with a sense of urgency and prioritizing customer service above all tasks.
- Basic computer skills and ability to effectively process transactions accurately.
- Demonstrates flexibility and discretion with meeting needs of our customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
