HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Outpatient Clinic Nurse to fill an opening in White Plains, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Outpatient Clinic Nurse:
- Collaborate with the Site Medical Director and interdisciplinary team (IDT) on Infection Control and Surveillance activities. Provide education to participants about PACE services.
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed, provide emergency care, perform diagnostic tests, and report participant's condition to the physician.
- Evaluate and promote a safe environment, complete all DTC logs, and document new medications in the participant's electronic medical record.
- Partner with other departments to resolve complex customer service inquiries, track stock medications and supplies, and oversee DTC operations.
- Adhere to organizational mission, policies, and HIPAA standards. Support staff orientation, participate in quality improvement activities, and maintain professional growth.
- M-F 8:30am-5pm
- 1 year of general clinical experience in a CHHA, acute care, medical surgical, or critical care setting, including nursing home experience, within the past year.
- 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, or appropriate training provided by PACE if less experienced.
- Customer service experience required.
- Active and unrestricted NYS RN license and registration.
- Certifications required at hire: Phlebotomy/Venipuncture, IV Therapy, and EKG Interpretation with recent verifiable experience (within 1 year).

Pay Details: $50.00/hour - $55.00/hour
