The role will enable fundraising teams to operate more efficiently by improving ways of working at scale, across teams. This role will support the Fundraising Cluster by driving forward projects with multiple owners to ensure timely delivery on revenue-generating ideas and projects. This role is posted as a TTA in order to pilot and test a scaled model of support across Fundraising Cluster and will be revaluated after 6 months for learnings. The ideal candidate is open to testing new models, has a bias for low-resolution/high impact solutions, and will be continually focused on prioritizing activities for Major Responsibilities: Project Management: Drive coordination and performance monitoring by supporting cluster meetings and regular coordination meetings (e.g., Monthly PO meeting, quarterly CRRD meeting etc.) Structure and facilitate leadership review of critical strategies that will drive revenue.Assess the success of the fundraising cluster model and offer improvement and enhancements. Support coordination of fundraising teams during key organizational processes/milestones such as SRA, FY25 Planning and budgeting, and other organization-wide processesStrategic Projects Own and implement strategic projects with limited oversight. Develop scope based on ability to increase efficiency or consistency for fundraising teams. These include Streamlining Due Diligence, streamlining use of SF / Technology and scaling of best practices and account planning Communication and Collaboration Develop strategies to increase collaboration and knowledge sharing across fundraising pillars through community events, communications, and reporting on common goals. Develop and oversee maintenance of consistent protocols and processes such as onboarding, training Position Reports to:Director, Strategic Initiatives & Delivery Requirements:6-8 years related work experience, including project management, change management and process designExperience in fundraising and an understanding of day-to-day experience of fundraisers at IRCExcellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders Self-starter and a critical thinker who can work independently and drive projects forwardPositive outlook, team player and seeks feedback for continuous improvementAdaptable and comfortable juggling a range of tasks in a fast-moving environment. Able to test, pilot, and learn.
