The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. A Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. An employee has the potential to earn 2-8%, based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Active employees have six (6) possible metrics by which commissions can be earned. Additionally, employees have the potential to achieve commission payout multipliers of up to four times (4x), based on five (5) specific store metrics.
