Implement strategies to streamline claims processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulations set forth by the Florida Department of Financial Services-Office of Insurance Regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any regulatory issues promptly.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of claim adjusters to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and professional development.

Business Plan Execution: Direct the implementation of the company's business plan related to claims management. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve organizational targets.
