Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading privately held wealth management firm in the Jersey City, NJ area. Currently we are seeking Entry Level Finance Associates to join our operations team for a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
  • Verificationprocessing and recording of trades settlements, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Entry, Corporate Actions etc.
  • Securities processing
  • Global Support of all alternative fund transactions
  • Review and completion of hedge fund documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to work with team, other departments and at time clients
  • Bachelors degree required, no exceptions
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management preferred
  • 0-1 years of experience, relatable experience, internships and hands on experience preferred
  • Ability to work hybrid onsite/remote schedule

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
