Tssci Poly System Admin

Insight Global is looking for 2 TSSCI Poly System Administrators who will rotate between sites in Hanover, Severn, and Columbia. They will be responsible for supporting facility infrastructure in order to meet government compliance standards. Each facility has a mixed environment of Linux, Windows, and VMWare, so the right candidate will have experience in each of these areas. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the daily operations, assisting with the triaging of all IT related issues as it pertains to commercial and secure area support.
Assist in the processing of all assigned tickets and queues wherein you are responsible for monitoring and oversight.
Resolve, contribute, and provide prescriptive solutions to IT needs supporting.
Actively participate in the implementation of hardware and software; build, upgrade, patch and migrating of network utilities, servers, systems and applications.
Monitor and schedule maintenance and backups of server infrastructure, virtual and bare metal within the SCIF.
Contributing, participating, and planning in customer surge support efforts
Maintain and accurate hardware asset inventory, ensure system development lifecycle requirements are observed and reported in alignment with customer and security operational requirements.

Additional industry certifications that support IT Management like: MCSE, CISSP, CompTIA A+, Network +
Networking
Active TS/SCI with poly
Security+ certification
Experience performing standard system admin duties on both Windows and Linux systems (patching, hardening, password resets, rebuilding infrastructure)
Bachelors degree in relevant field and approx. 7 years of experience
