The Jr Business Analyst will support the Nuwae Operations and Clinical teams and focuses on customer service, delivering Nuwaes rebate services in a timely, effective, and coordinated manner. This roles assignments are varied and frequently require interpretations and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with new and existing clients to ensure rebate data submissions are timely and accurate utilizing system validation checks.
Troubleshoots rebate data anomalies to identify the cause, solution, and any necessary system adjustments that may need to occur.
Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance for internal and external partners.
Provides support for Formulary Management responsibilities, including but not limited to monthly maintenance, quarterly publications, and semi-annual changes and recommendations.
Prepares Formulary disruption analyses for clients to identify potential areas of high member impact/disruption.
Collaborates, coordinates, and communicates across functional areas.
Monitors data team mailbox email traffic to promptly address issues and direct them appropriately.
Responsible for the workflow related to rebate data screenshot audits for both aggregator and direct pharma requests.
Loads and Maintains client data for all Rebates Operations processes and procedures.
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction, and receives guidance where needed.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel.
Good working knowledge of basic SQL Server functionality.
