RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizing time management skills to complete all documentation for evaluations by the 5-business day deadline and 24 hours for SOAP note documentation. Conducts patient care conferences to review progress for patients. Documenting in session, utilizing any cancellations to finish documentation, and/or preparing for another session. Participates in staff development activities and in-service training. Keeps work area clean and sanitized while placing all sanitized materials back where found.
