We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the management of feedback and coordination across 100+ products. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating meeting agendas, maintaining project backlogs, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow management, digital project coordination, and user experience studies. This position offers flexible offshore hours and supports both digital and non-digital projects. Key Responsibilities Manage feedback and coordinate across 100+ products and product management challenges. Coordinate meeting agendas and ensure project timelines are maintained. Oversee and manage project backlogs and bandwidth across multiple projects (e. g., 4 concurrent projects). Utilize Asana as the primary project management tool; manage projects effectively even in the absence of Asana. Balance and follow up on multiple projects and maintain project documentation. Manage workflow intake and ensure clear communication across teams. Support digital project managers and user experience studies, excluding development sprints. Coordinate recruitment efforts related to user experience research. Use Office Suite tools including mail merge and Qualtrics for project execution. Stay on top of moving parts and ensure smooth project execution during peak periods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Qualtrics and other data collection tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
