Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and portion ingredients for our kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient cooking process.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen workspace.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service requirements and exceed guest expectations.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
  • Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation.

  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; able to climb flights of stairs
