The best candidate for this role is friendly and welcoming, very organized, and a professional multi-tasker. Conduct product/service installations and provide training to clients. Follow client authentication procedures for all products and services. Act as a liaison between internal and external clients. Update policies and procedures related to existing products and services. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
